First they did not create cups for all the presidentiables and NOW RESULTS ARE NOT BEING FAIRLY REFLECTED.
Take for the example the case of Baliwag in Bulacan were I checked the results, March 17 at 10pm were there were 9 votes for Nicanor Perlas, then the next day my wife and I bought 2 cups for Nicanor Perlas. I checked it again today and the count still reflects only 9 votes.
